4 arrested after 2 meth labs found | Crime
MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - Four people were arrested after two meth labs were found in Mississippi County on Halloween.
Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore and deputies served two search warrants on 49 East Sparrow Lane and 50 East Sparrow Lane.
Numerous items used to producer meth were found. Deputies also found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and controlled substances.
Julius Devor Parham, 34, is charged with delivery or manufacture of imitation of a controlled substance, distribution/delivery/manufacturer/produce or attempt to possess with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of synthetic cannabis, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia-Amphetamine/methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. Parham remained in the custody of the Mississippi County Detention Center on Nov. 1 with a bond of $200,000 cash or surety.
Emanuel Napoleon, 56, was arrested and was charged five counts of distribution/delivery/manufacturer/produce or attempt to possess with intent to distribute, possession of synthetic cannabis, possession of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia-Amphetamine/methamphetamine. Napoleon remained in the custody of the Mississippi County Detention Center on Nov. 1 with a cash or surety bond set at $200,000. Napoleon is facing four (4) class "B" felonies, a class "C" felony and a class "D" felony and one class "A" misdemeanor.
Terri Mayabb, 24, of East Prairie was arrested and has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia-Amphetamine/Methamphetamine, possession of marijuana. Those are a class "C" felony, class "D" felony and class "A" misdemeanor her charges. Mayabb was taken to the Mississippi County Detention Center with a bond set at $75,000.
Abigail Keri Funderburk, 17, of Annistan was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia-Amphetamine/Methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. Those charges are a class "C" felony, class "D" felony and class "A" misdemeanor. Her bond was set at $75,000. She was taken to the Mississippi County Detention Center.
