Mississippi County mother accused of assaulting 2-week-old infant | News
MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, MO (KFVS)- A Mississippi County woman has been accused of assaulting her two week old infant.
Marie Nicole Foy, 27, of Bertrand was charged with first degree assault.
Sheriff Keith Moore says that according to reports Foy was arrested by Mississippi
County Deputies in reference to a case involving her two week infant
child.
Moore says the young child suffered a fractured skull in the incident.
Foy was taken to the Mississippi County Detention Center with a
bond of $100,000 cash or surety.
