MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - The Missouri Department of Transporation says Route D will be reduced to one lane while crews make drainage repairs.

This section of road is located between Route UU and County Road 324.

Weather permitting, crews will be working Monday, March 18 and Tuesday, March 19 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

MoDOT says the work zone will be marked with signs. Drivers are urged to use extreme caution while in the area.

MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - The US 30/62 bridge over the Mississippi River connecting Alexander County, Ill. and Mississippi County, Mo. will be closed beginning Monday, March 25.

The Illinois Department of Transportation alerts drivers traveling in the Cairo area that the US 60/62 bridge over the Mississippi River will be closed.

The closure is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 25 at noon, and will extend through Thursday, March 28 at noon.

Also, the bridge will be restricted to one-lane from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 1 to Thursday, April 4, while crews perform required safety inspections.

The road is located at the intersection of Rt. 102 and CRD 334.
